Strategic Regional Partnerships
Movement Building
AfA Regional Events emerged from a recognized need for country-specific, localized collaboration across Asia's animal protection movement. Each event is co-organized with local partners to address the on-the-ground realities unique to each country.
These in-person gatherings bring together local organizations, advocates, and stakeholders working across animal welfare, policy, research, academia, and community outreach. Attendees connect across organizational silos, share challenges, exchange successes and valuable lessons that they learnt, and collectively map out strategic priorities for their national movements.
With AfA aiming to host 2 to 3 Regional Events per year, these convenings serve as a critical engine for movement-building, turning isolated local efforts into a more coordinated, effective force for animal protection across Asia.
