This diverse team is responsible for shaping the conference’s direction, curating impactful content, and ensuring that every voice in our movement is represented with actionable output.

Special Feature
Chef Nikki Botha
We are honored to have our menu curated by chef Nikki Bortha, a talented vegan chef and a passionate animal activist.
Nikki is proudly South African and became an accidental chef in 2013. Since then, she has cooked for celebrities, spearheaded the release of a cookbook aimed at diabetes reversal, catered for high profile international events, led brigades in palaces, cooked all over the world, and more. In addition to her passion for cooking, she is a veteran social justice activist (intersectional liberationist), qualified investigator, animal photo journalist, documentary producer, volunteers in various capacities for a number of global organisations and is currently pursuing her law degree. Upon the completion of her degree, she plans to specialize in animal law and international human rights law.
