This 30-minute video introduces the pioneering physiotherapy program created by Animals Asia for its rescued bears. It talks through the background of the program including how it started, how it is set up for individual bears and gives an example of a physiotherapy session. It demonstrates that by using our normal behavioral husbandry techniques such as enrichment and cooperative care, we can greatly improve the welfare of our animals, without the need for expensive, specialized equipment.
