AfA has co-authored a letter with the China Cetacean Alliance to ask Hong Kong Ocean Park to consider animal welfare best practice as their top priority amidst fears of their closure.
It is feared that their captive whales and dolphins will be sold to other facilities, where they will continue to be exploited and confined to a life of misery.
