AfA has partnered with the World Small Animal Veterinary Association (WSAVA) to address the alarming rise of animal cruelty content on social media, and to strengthen efforts to combat online cruelty by educating the public and advocating for responsible digital behavior.

Representing the Asia-Pacific perspectives at international policy fora
The Asia for Animals (AfA) Coalition has been a proud member of the World Federation for Animals (WFA) Board since its establishment in 2020. As WFA’s regional representative for Asia, AfA works to bring the perspectives and priorities of Asian organizations into global policy discussions, ensuring that the region’s diverse voices and experiences contribute meaningfully to collective efforts advancing animal welfare worldwide.
